Billing Process & Details

  1. Subscription Renewals If you are on a subscription plan, please be mindful of your renewal date. We’ve seen an increase in failed payments recently, and staying ahead of your billing helps avoid service interruptions.
  2. Failed Payment Policy

    In the event of a failed payment, you will be automatically removed from all Telegram groups and will lose access to live support, live classes, trade ideas, and more. To regain access, please send your payment receipt to @MTSadmin on Telegram and request re-entry into the group. You can find the group links in the “DO NOT SKIP” section of the training platform.
  3. Billing Cycle

    Monthly payments are processed every 28–30 days. You will receive a system notification in advance. If you frequently encounter issues, please ensure your card is unlocked or contact your bank prior to your billing date.
  4. Payment Attempts

    We are unable to manually process declined cards. If your payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to charge the card again within 72 hours. You’ll need to follow the re-access steps in point #2 once payment is successful.
  5. Access Limitations

    Your education portal remains accessible during the first two failed attempts. However, after the third failed attempt, access will be revoked entirely, and any previous discount codes or offers will no longer apply. If a new promotion is available, you may take advantage of that—no custom discounts will be issued.
  6. Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel your membership but still have time remaining, you will retain access to the education platform but not to the Telegram groups. This is outlined clearly in both the Terms and the “DO NOT SKIP” section. If you wish to cancel but still benefit from the group chat, it’s recommended you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date. To cancel your subscription YOU will have do this via your profile. Our team is not able to do this for you.
  7. Refunds

    Refunds are not issued for failure to cancel your membership. To cancel, simply log into your profile and follow the steps to manage your subscription.
