Non-Disclosure and Copyright Paragraph for Course Participants and Millionaire Traders Society:

This document establishes a binding agreement between the undersigned purchaser, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant," and Millionaire Traders Society, herein referred to as the "Organization," regarding participation in any courses, programs, or sessions provided by the Organization. The Participant acknowledges and agrees to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to all information, materials, and discussions disclosed during the course. This confidentiality obligation extends to any proprietary strategies, trade secrets, or other non-public information shared by the Organization. The Participant undertakes not to disclose, reproduce, or share such information with any third party without the prior written consent of the Organization. Furthermore, the Participant recognizes that all course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, documents, and any associated intellectual property, are protected by copyright law. The Participant agrees to respect the Organization's copyright and refrains from unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of such materials. This agreement remains in effect throughout the duration of the course and survives beyond its conclusion. Any violation of this agreement may result in legal action to protect the rights and interests of the Organization.
